Supply of 4C Fire Protection make door frames made out of Hardwood Red Merrandi section 120 X 70 mm for fire resistant doors of 120 minutes fire rating, with heat activated intumescent fire seal strips of size 10 x 4 mm provided in grooves on all three sides of the frame. Supply of 4C Fire Protection Door shutter of 120min. fire rating conforming to BS: 476 part 22 and IS:3614 -2021 as per the prototype tested at earlier at Govt Lab Department of Industry Commerce Haryana (DIC)/GQMC of minimum 50mm +2mm thickness, comprising of 75mm x 44mm hardwood internal timber frame work, with 20mm thick infill of fire insulation shall be sandwiched between 12mm thick, Non-combustible Boards of approved quality and manufacture on both sides and cladded with 3mm thick commercial ply on both sides of shutter. The Shutter shall be fitted with fire & smoke intumescent seal of approved make of size 10 x 4mm on all the three sides except bottom. Provisions/reinforcement for fixing all fixtures shall be built in on the door prior to the supply.

Supply of 4C Fire Protection make 2nd class teak door frame of section Max. 140 mm x 85 mm with heat activated in tumescent fire seal strip of section 20 mm x 4 mm of Sealz, make and finish with fire retardant polish as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge Providing of 4C Fire Protection make Wooden fire rated doors as per BS:476 Part- 20 & 22 & IS 3614 -2021 for stability, integrity and thermal insulation 03 Criteria Wooden door with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at Govt Lab Department of Industry Commerce Haryana (DIC) for maximum rating of 2hrs fully insulated 120 minutes wooden fire door, maximum thickens of 75mm, comprising of 100mm x 63mm hardwood internal timber frame work, with infill of 39mm thickness of 64kg/m3, ceramic fiber blankets, coated with coating on both sides for insulation.
