About Wooden Fire Resistant Door

Supply of 4C Fire Protection make door frames made out of Hardwood Red Merrandi section 120 X 70 mm for fire resistant doors of 120 minutes fire rating, with heat activated intumescent fire seal strips of size 10 x 4 mm provided in grooves on all three sides of the frame. Supply of 4C Fire Protection Door shutter of 120min. fire rating conforming to BS: 476 part 22 and IS:3614 -2021 as per the prototype tested at earlier at Govt Lab Department of Industry Commerce Haryana (DIC)/GQMC of minimum 50mm +2mm thickness, comprising of 75mm x 44mm hardwood internal timber frame work, with 20mm thick infill of fire insulation shall be sandwiched between 12mm thick, Non-combustible Boards of approved quality and manufacture on both sides and cladded with 3mm thick commercial ply on both sides of shutter. The Shutter shall be fitted with fire & smoke intumescent seal of approved make of size 10 x 4mm on all the three sides except bottom. Provisions/reinforcement for fixing all fixtures shall be built in on the door prior to the supply.
