About Fire proof Resistant Metal Door
Supply of 4C Fire Protection make powder coating finish galvanized steel Fire doors of 120 min. fire rating and tested in accordance with IS 3614-2021 & BS 476 Part 22 as per prototype tested earlier at Govt Lab Department of Industry Commerce (DIC)/GQMC Haryana laboratory. Door frames to be Single rebate profile of 100 x 57 mm manufactured from 16gauge galvanized steel sheet, profile to have bending radius of 1.4 mm supplied in assembled form ready to install at site . Supply of 4C Fire Protection make Door Shutter in 46 mm +2mm thick manufactured from 18 SWG galvanized steel sheets on both faces press formed, lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flush shell. In filled rock wool insulation material to be provided for structural rigidity & additional reinforcements & sound Insulation, The internal construction of the door should be appropriate for all hardware fixtures as required, vision panel grooves wherever applicable shall be provided as per recommendations with beading and screw. (Hardwares to be paid separately)
